Reading between the lines, I wasn’t expecting much, but the prices were good. It felt like a fair deal overall.

I ordered two dresses from Birdy Grey in the exact same size, thinking they’d fit similarly, but they really didn’t. One dress was so tight that I probably wouldn’t have been comfortable wearing it for more than a few minutes, and the other one was loose in random areas where I didn’t expect it to be, like it just didn’t sit right on my body. I checked the size chart before ordering, so I was trying to do it the right way, but it didn’t help as much as I hoped. The whole returns and exchanges process just made it more stressful because I needed the dress for a wedding and didn’t have a ton of extra time to figure it out. I just wish the sizing was more consistent, especially when you’re ordering multiple dresses from the same brand in the same size.

The dress itself was okay, but returning it ended up being way more annoying than I expected. It took too long to get clear information, and I wasn’t thrilled about having to pay extra costs that I didn’t really plan for. For the price, I just expected the process to be smoother. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating.

I ordered my bridesmaid dress from Birdy Grey and it arrived right when they said it would. Relief. The tracking updated fine the whole time, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was. The box did show up a little banged up, but the dress inside was totally fine. Whew. Shipping wasn’t exactly lightning fast, but it was dependable and didn’t add any extra wedding stress.

The updates took way too long and were a bit confusing to follow. I was kinda left wondering what was going on half the time, which was annoying tbh...

I wore my Birdy Grey dress for an entire wedding day and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was. It didn’t pinch anywhere or feel heavy, even after hours of dancing. I expected to be ready to change by the end of the night, but I felt great the whole time.

I’m not sure if it was just the site acting up or what, but the filters kept freezing on me. Then when I tried to check out, it kept sending me back again and again. Kind of frustrating, especially since I was already pretty much done.

Birdy Grey was decent for keeping bridesmaid costs down. The prices were definitely better than a lot of bridal shops, which I really appreciated. The quality was okay, but I wouldn’t say it blew me away. The fabric looked nice in photos, but in person it felt a little thinner than I expected, and the fit needed some alterations. Anyway, for the price, I think it’s not bad at all. Just go in knowing it probably won’t feel super high-end.

The whole thing took much longer than it should have. I kept getting passed around and it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership or give me a straight answer. Frustrating experience overall

Am I the only one who thought this felt kind of scratchy? It’s not the worst thing I’ve tried, and I can still deal with it, but it definitely wasn’t as soft or comfortable as I was hoping.

I was surprised they still had the colors and sizes we needed. Other places were sold out or had weird shipping, so Birdy Grey was just easier. My bridesmaids ordered without any drama. I’d use them again

The bump fit felt kinda weird on me. Not terrible. Just not quite right. A little awkward.

I had to exchange my dress for a different size, it went smoothly. The shipping did take a bit longer than I was hoping, which was a little frustrating, but support was helpful when I reached out. So, yeah, overall it was a decent experience.
